1. Allow Payers, Providers and Interested Parties to come together for mutual education
2. Provide an open forum where participants can share constructive ideas, best practices and model templates
3. Share ideas on how to manage Healthcare Reform and the uncertain future
4. Focus on round table discussions and information sharing, within legal guidelines, to evaluate potential projects or educational topics pertinent to this constituency
5. Promote education to the public and government on issues affecting patients, providers or payers
