Goals, Objectives, and Responsibilities

1. Develop a chapter membership recruitment plan which will include a focus on student recruitment and early careerists
2. Develop action plans to reinstate members that have allowed their HFMA membership to expire
3. Increase Education/Increase Membership - Coordinate with Education Committee to provide more geographically dispersed educational opportunities to improve accessibility to potential and current members
4. Send out new member packets when notified of new members
5. Conduct Annual Founders Points mailing for Chapter and National's Founders Points database. Ensure that all merit awards are recorded for Chapter members
6. Ensure smooth transition of committee responsibilities to new chairs through succession planning
7. Identify and determine appropriate strategies to leverage social networking and similar websites to educate and recruit new members.
