Goals, Objectives, and Responsibilities
- Develop a chapter membership recruitment plan which will include a focus on student recruitment and early careerists
- Develop action plans to reinstate members that have allowed their HFMA membership to expire
- Increase Education/Increase Membership - Coordinate with Education Committee to provide more geographically dispersed educational opportunities to improve accessibility to potential and current members
- Send out new member packets when notified of new members
- Conduct Annual Founders Points mailing for Chapter and National's Founders Points database. Ensure that all merit awards are recorded for Chapter members
- Ensure smooth transition of committee responsibilities to new chairs through succession planning
- Identify and determine appropriate strategies to leverage social networking and similar websites to educate and recruit new members.
