The New Jersey Chapter if the Healthcare Financial Management Association is authorized to award 3 hours of preapproved
Category II (non‐ACHE) continuing education credit for this program toward advancement, or recertification in
the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education
hours applied toward Category II credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American
College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.

prestigious Protocol School of Washington® will cover the following topics to empower each participant to succeed
personally and professionally:
• Civility and Creating Value
• Eye Contact and Posture
• How to Make an Entrance and Work a Room
• Mingling Proficiency
• The Art of the Handshake
• Introductions ‐ 3 Forms
• E‐mail Etiquette
• Business Card Protocol
• Business Meeting Etiquette
*This session is limited to 24 participants on a first come – first served basis*

All attendees will receive a complementary book entitled “The Little Book of Etiquette”
One attendee will walk away with a free one hour training session courtesy of the NJ Healthcare Financial
Management Association. Faith will travel to your desired location (office, training center, or tavern) and present a
one‐hour class on Contemporary Business Etiquette. A maximum of 20 employees may participate – a $1,900
value to your organization.
If you prefer a less formal, yet informative luncheon, Faith will travel to a restaurant of your choice and sit side by
side with you and 8 of your colleagues and teach Continental Dining Skills to your group. This fun and interactive
discussion will leave you never wondering how to hold your fork, what bread plate to use, or how to make a toast
at a function.
